Sorry I just see this now browsing deviant - what sort of dolls are these? Are they custom made or can you buy the bases from somewhere? I am completely clueless haha.

It's okay! I get this question a lot. I have a lot of info about them in my Doll FAQ (you can find it in my latest journal on the homepage. There's a little link)
But to answer the most direct question you asked. It depends, you get a nude doll however. If you want clothes, eyes whatever, you order it seperately. You can choose to have their faces painted, or body (depends on the store, not all do) or just completely blank.
Mine always arrive blank. So the doll sculpt is all on the company, but the customizing is all on me ^^
