How do you get such a natural color for the lips?

Oh I mix and match haha. This was by far the most difficult to do I must say.
It's bright pink mixed with a really light color orange. And I put some orange/red to deepen some of the parts on the lips. Like the outlines and to create depths and such : 3
Which you almost cant see though. It's a shame, because this faceup is actually really detailed and the first I'm 100% proud of.. Sadly you dont see it back on photo.

Ah ok, I always see great face-ups with nude lips and I'm like WHAT COLOR IS THAT?! Everyone seemed to know a secret I didn't XD thank you though, I'm going to attempt a light colored lip now!
